Privacy policy

IRTSA company’s (hereinafter- Company) privacy policy covers the collection, use and storage of personal information of Company’s clients and visitors of our web page. Collection of such information is possible at the acquisition of the services or in the phone conversation with our staff, while participating in special offers, polls on web page, posting comments, etc.

IRTSA takes the privacy of the clients’ information very seriously. It includes not only the personal information, but any medical information, family and intimate issues, secrecy of adoption, etc. 

If in connection with the services given by Company, strictly personal information is required from a client, we will explain purposes for which it is needed. We guarantee safety and nondisclosure of information received from clients.

IRTSA takes all necessary precautions, including administrative, technical and physical measures, to protect your personal information from theft, illegitimate use, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

To provide security of the personal information of our clients we provide all our employees with the rules of confidentiality and strictly follow Company’s privacy policy.

IRTSA company does not require any personal information for getting access to the  information of our web page.

Company does not bear responsibility for Privacy policy on the other web pages which links are present on our web pages. If you browse these links you should follow the rules of the privacy policy of these web-pages.

If you use a board or chat room on our web page you should be aware that any information you share became visible to other users. Personal information you submit to one of these forums can be read, collected, or used by other users for sending spam. Company is not responsible for the information provided by the users on these forums.

In some cases disclosure of personal information of our clients and users of the web page may be connected with the requirements of law or court order. In these cases provision of the confidential information is regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
