A distinctive feature of our medical center is the presence of its own umbilical cord blood bank, other cells and other human tissues. In 2003, on the base of Institute Cell Therapy the «First Cryobank umbilical cord blood stem cells» was created. Our scientists have accumulated a wealth of experience in cryofreezing tissues and cells, including cord blood stem cells, to achieve high viability of frozen cells (96%).
