Intended Parents are obligated to pay compensation to a Surrogate for carriage and delivery of a healthy child, issuing of all necessary documents for child’s registration in Vital Registration Office and their registration as parents, compensation for recovery after pregnancy and labor.

Money transfer is performed after registration of a child in Vital Registration Office and registration of the Intended Parents as the parents of newborn within 10 (ten) workdays.

In the case of failure (-s) of conception, when it’s not a Surrogate’s fault, Intended Parents shall pay travel expenses of a Surrogate.

In case of pregnancy termination, when it’s not a Surrogate’s fault, Intended Parents shall pay some compensation.

In the case of pregnancy termination, when it’s not a Surrogate’s fault, and it is certified by a medical institution, Intended Parents shall pay a compensation for her health recovery.
