Memorandum of Understanding about the principles of work performance and cooperation in the sphere of organizational and legal support of ART programmes
Today the market of organizational and legal support services of infertility treatment programmes through assisted reproductive technologies (ART) is rapidly developing. Many countries around the world have a set standard ensuring reliable protection of rights and interests of all participants of ART programmes.
We believe that companies working in this field should strive to demonstrate transparency and legality of their work to the society. It is transparency and legality that will be the key factor in improving public opinion and tolerant attitude of people to ART programmes.
IRTSA International Agency and Medical Law Center present for public awareness and discussion Memorandum of Understanding about the principles of work performance and cooperation in the sphere of organizational and legal support of ART programmes.
This document is suggested to be signed by the companies dealing with organizational and legal support of infertility treatment programmes with application of assisted reproductive technologies.
Memorandum of Understanding is available in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.
