IRTSA Сonducts Informational Webinar For The Citizens Of Great Britain

Considering the significant public attention given to the webinar held (September, 24, 2011), International Company IRTSA in cooperation with Clinic of Reproductive Medicine ‘Zlin’ (Zlin, Сzech Republic) and International Legal Company ‘Medical Law Center’ (Kyiv, Ukraine) supported by Panamedical Consulting Ltd. (London) will be carried out the webinar ‘Infertility treatment and reproductive technologies in the Сzech Republic' specially for the citizens of Great Britain. The webinar is planned in November, 25, 2011. Webinar includes today’s most important medical, organizational and legal issues on Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) in the Сzech Republic, in particular:

•up-to-date standards of assisted reproductive technologies support for foreign citizens;

•Ukrainian and Czech experience in ART support;

•medical aspects of ART (most effective IVF protocols, donation etc.);

•peculiarities of legal regulation of ART in the Сzech Republic and package of the main legal services in this area;

•registration and transfer of citizens of Great Britain children born through ART in the Сzech Republic.

Webinar participants will gain a deeper knowledge on the most efficient IVF protocols, pregnancy success rates in the Сzech Republic, time limits of different ART programmes.

Lyudmyla Smahina, CEO of IRTSA (International Reproductive Technologies Support Agency), will highlight organization, cost and successful experience of the most popular reproductive programmes carried out in the Czech Republic for the citizens of Great Britain.

Adv. Sergii Antonov, CEO of Medical Law Center, will talk on legal regulation of surrogacy, peculiarities of contractual relations between participants of reproductive programmes, legal issues of child’s document preparation and legal protection of Intended Parents, surrogates, and donors.
