A Surrogate Will Bear The Second Child For Elton John

Elton John and David Furnish are set to become parents for the second time, according to reports.

The couple are said to be expecting a brother or sister for their two-year-old son Zachary.

According to The Daily, Elton and David have chosen the same surrogate mother to carry the child, who also did the same for Kelsey and Camille Grammer’s children.

It is thought she is already in her first trimester of pregnancy.

The news comes as little surprise as it was only last week that Elton spoke of how he wanted more children.

In an interview with Daybreak, where Zachary also appeared, the star spoke of how he didn't want him to grow up without any brothers or sisters.

Asked if they were planning more kids, he replied: "We definitely will. At what stage we don't know, but we definitely will. I don't want him to be an only child."

He also spoke about how fatherhood had changed him as a person.
