Association “Ukrainian Foundation of Companies Providing Organizational and Legal Support of ART Programmes” is organizing a round table "Surrogacy in Ukraine: Problems and Prospects."

Among the issues to be discussed at the event: recent developments in the legislation regarding ART application, formal and informal restrictions on participation in the surrogacy program for foreign nationals, "surrogate scandals", protection of human rights of ART programme participants, recommendations for clinics of reproductive medicine in case of inspections by law enforcement and regulatory authorities, ensuring confidentiality of donors, etc.
