How to boost fertility in women with polycystic ovaries

Scientists from Israel have found a way to boost fertility in women with polycystic ovaries.
The study involved 60 women. The first group ate 983 calories for breakfast, for lunch - 645 calories, and dinner - 190 calories. The second group received the calories in reverse order - 190 for breakfast, 645 for lunch and 983 for dinner.
It was found that the group that had a big breakfast by 50% decreased levels of testosterone in the blood, increased progesterone levels, and had a 56% reduction in the level of insulin resistance.
According to the authors, this method will help women with polycystic ovaries, increase the chances of conception.
