How men can avoid age-related fertility problems
20.08.2013
Compliance with certain rules of nutrition will help men to avoid age-related fertility problems.
Men of the older age group (over 40 years old) have increased number of sperm DNA damage. If the diet is dominated by fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables - foods high in zinc, vitamins C and E - the amount of damaged sperm in the ejaculate will be noticeably reduced.
It should be noted that the fertilizing ability of sperm is adversely affected by estrogen compound contained, for example, in meat products.
