St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office acknowledged to be illegal some rules for the organization of medical care in treatment of infertility using IVF.
City Prosecutor's Office appealed the order "On the organization of specialized medical care in the treatment of infertility using assisted reproductive technology according to the program of state guarantees for the Russian citizens to get free medical care in St. Petersburg in 2013," and sent a protest to the Chairman of the Municipal Committee on Health.
The city prosecutor's office not only agreed with the lawyers, but also identified several additional inconsistencies with regulatory framework.
