But before the start of treatment, healthy ovarian tissue of the patient was taken and frozen. After successful completion of the treatment and the complete removal of the ovaries, experts from the clinic Melbourne IVF and Royal Melbourne Hospital transplanted the woman remaining tissue on the left and right sides of the anterior abdominal wall.
Comments associate Stern Kate: "Seven months after tissue implantation in the abdominal wall, and after the cycle of nonaggressive hormonal stimulation at the implantation site, we found two follicle. Eggs were maturing in them. Actually, we have identified two eggs and then transplanted them into the uterus. It turns out, all the processes needed for future pregnancy can take place outside the uterus."
At present it is the 25th week of pregnancy. Woman bears two girls, the development of pregnancy is proceeding normally.
