Cycling causes harm to men's fertility
17.10.2013
American scientists have presented the results of studies on the impact of various factors on male fertility.
However, as scientists have found, not all exercise is created equal. So, if the class weightlifting improves the number of sperm in the ejaculate by 25%, then cycling, in contrast, reduces the rate by 34%. The reason for this researchers see that during cycling the temperature rises in the area of scrotum and the scrotum is under the pressure.
