Taiwan will allow surrogacy

Taiwan's government is preparing to legalize surrogacy procedure.
The bill provides for the procedure for rendering services as surrogate motherhood, and a number of restrictions on the use of this procedure.
To take the help of a surrogate mother can married couples who can not do it themselves due to medical contraindications.
Any resident of Taiwan aged 20 to 40 years old, who has her own child can become a surrogate mother.
