'Egg agents' recruiting models, actresses for IVF donations

Egg "agents" are aggressively recruiting models and actresses, whose looks are coveted by couples turning to in-vitro fertilisation.

Robyn Young, who has appeared in shows such as "Boardwalk Empire", at first rejected the ads on casting sites such as Backstage.com. But the money proved too much to resist — she made between $US8,000 ($8,400) and $US10,000 for her first donation, in 2009.
