Lack of sleep leads to infertility
16.09.2013
Getting enough sleep is an important factor that contributes to human health. Until recently it was thought that the norm is an 8-hour sleep.
Now, however, some researchers argue that to fully recuperate a person needs to sleep at least 9-10 hours per day and 8 hours - just the bare minimum.
The reason for this scientists believe to be accelerated in recent decades pace of modern life and a high level of situations that provoke stress. A regular lack of sleep threatens women with disorders in the reproductive system - including malfunctioning of the menstrual cycle, up to anovulation and infertility.
