Male fertility can be improved with the exercise

06.11.2013

Male fertility can be improved with the average amount of exercise.

In a reserach conducted at the Harvard School of Public Health, led by Dr. Audrey Gaskins, took part couples, experiencing certain difficulties with conception.

From 137 men took samples of semen, as a result of the study it was found that an active lifestyle and exercise increase the concentration of sperm in the ejaculate.

While some types of physical activity are more useful than others it is best to affect male fertility by classes in weightlifting, as well as training - running , etc. According to the authors of the study, these are the physical exercises that increase the level of testosterone in the male body, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of semen.

The low level of physical activity and sedentary lifestyle contribute to a marked deterioration of performance in semen analysis.
